Today, while transportation is constantly moving forward, costs are increasing. The aim to obtain light structures that suitable in terms of weight, sufficient strength, and save materials energy. Axles not only used transport vehicles, but also buses, automobiles forklifts. must be a reliable structure due their place use. external effects the axles generally exposed applied loads. In this study, mechanical damage analysis axle shaft characteristic changes steel as result static loading were investigated numerically. order observe behavior under various conditions, tests should supported by numerical analysis. Because physical causes development can understood through our study reach most values design variables with optimization technique made AISI 1035 steel. Optimum obtained performing analyzes designed Solidworks program. As analysis, it was observed deformation occurred at ends axle.
